We invest capital in building upgrades, new amenities, infrastructure, and operational improvements to improve the resident experience commanding additional rental income and increasing valuations.

4. STABILIZE & REFINANCE ASSETS

We refinance and secure long-term, fixed interest institutional debt. We pay off short-term construction/acquisition loans and payback all principal equity to our investors.
